SHIPPING
GENERAL INFORMATION
Hudivyn is made to order, thus the creation of your order could take two business days. After that, it will be sent to the associated courier.
Please make sure that your address is entered accurately and has all pertinent and/or necessary information to guarantee that your shipment is delivered successfully and that you receive it within the time frames we advertise. To guarantee timely delivery, it is essential to use the proper acronyms, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details (if relevant). If the address information supplied is inaccurate or entered improperly at the time of purchase, we are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or erroneously delivered packages.
PROCESSING TIME
The time it takes for a shipment to arrive at its destination after being picked up from our fulfillment center by the appropriate carrier is separate and apart from the processing period that applies to all orders. Standard domestic may take up to 2 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays), depending on a number of variables.
Standard orders can still take up to 2 business days to process after your payment has been approved and validated. Weekends and holidays are not included in this estimation.
SHIPPING FEES
The cost of shipping is not refundable. You will be liable for the original shipping fees as well as the cost of sending the box back to hudivyn.com if you refuse any shipments from us. Any credit that is granted will have this sum subtracted.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you're having delivery issues or your tracking information indicates that the carrier delivered your product but you haven't received it, you must get in touch with us within 10 days to make a claim.
In order to complete the claims process with the carrier, we will help you. Please be advised that claims may take up to 30 days to process.
Hudivyn does not possess or take liability for packages that the carrier has reported as delivered. When the carrier certifies that a delivery has been delivered, we do not provide refunds or credit.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you place an order for multiple items and one or more of those items are out of stock, we will still ship the remaining items in your order while sending a refund to your original payment method for the out-of-stock item(s).
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
Hudivyn maintains the right to unilaterally define and limit, reject, and/or cancel customer orders at any moment for the following reasons:
- A history of irregular or excessive returns suggestive of "wardrobing;"
- A history of erratic or excessive returns including worn-out, changed, washed-out, damaged, or missing items;
- Possibility of fraud or illegal activities.
Similar to the acts mentioned above, Hudivyn reserves the right to restrict, reject, and/or limit returns (both in-person and online) to any consumer or company.
